Waste to Wonder: Recycling Project for Grade 6 Students

Grade 6 students at American Pacific International School, Pet Loksang Campus have been participating in an exciting and educational project that teaches them about the importance of recycling and reusing materials. The project involves creating models of a school using only waste materials that would typically be thrown away or recycled.

The students have been working in teams to collect and sort materials such as cardboard boxes, plastic bottles, and cans. They then use these materials to build a replica of their own school, complete with classrooms, hallways, and even a playground.

Through this project, students learn about the benefits of recycling and reusing materials, as well as the importance of reducing waste and preserving natural resources. They also gain hands-on experience in design and construction, as well as teamwork and problem-solving skills.

The finished models are a creative and unique representation of the school, and serve as a reminder to all students and staff of the importance of protecting the environment and preserving natural resources for future generations.
